What is the best book and software for learning and developing iPhone Apps?

There is only One software kit that CAN be used. IT is the iPhone SDK and it can be downloaded from Apple once you pay your $99 developers registration fee.
The Programming language is Objective C/Cocoa.
Look for a book on the Objective C programming language.
The iPhone SDK ONLY runs on a Mac.
