I have recently updated my laptop into windows 7.This Update deleted everything on my laptop even the Itunes so when i connect my iphone to the laptop I couldn’t find any apps or music and if i sync it everything on my iphone will be deleted.So if there is a way to sync what i have on my iphone to the laptop without deleting any thing please tell me.

Open iTunes, connect your iPhone,
right click on your iPhone (at the column, at the left of iTunes)
and select Transfer Purchases!
Now just wait and…. ready!
