I’ve got a jailbroken iphone. I’ve got some apps which i have used and have a lot of notes on, some programs bought on itunes. For example note programs, and i really need to back them up to my pc in case something happens to the iphone. How can i do this?

if those apps you want to backup are not from Cydia and they are from itunes or app store of the iphone, simply open itunes, go to file, and click download pruchased items from iphone, after finishing the sync, do another sync for the iphone,
the itunes backs up all your data including notes and everything related to apps.

I want to make apps for my N95. and already an app that is close to what I want to make has been made for the iPhone. can it be converted to my N95 or do I need to rite a new app. where can I find what I need to build an app for N95. a how to, tutorial’s, programs I will need, and other help I might need. The iPhone runs on iPhone OS. The Nokia N95 runs on a Symbian S60 version. You cannot convert an application from one operating system to another operating system, you would have to recreate it completely in a different programming language instead. The native programming language for Symbian S60 is Symbian C++, but you can create content in various programming languages if you please, such as Java, Qt or Python for example. Once you have decided on a programming language, download the IDE and SDK for your Symbian S60 version. Tomorrow morning I was gonna start running regularly, and I’d heard that iphone apps (given that I have and iPhone) are a good way to get running! (: So, are there any apps that let you listen to music but also have the trainer’s voice? Preferably free :p

My friend Benjohn wrote the one called "Get Running". It’s not free, but it is cheap, and there’s a free Lite version you can use to try the first week.

It’s based on the "Couch to 5K" plan, which is designed to take complete beginners through to running 5km. It’s a 9-week plan, and it worked for me! It has voice prompts, and is one of the few apps that are clever enough to fade the music down, play the trainer’s voice, and fade the music back up again, so you can actually hear the instructions. The others I’ve tried mix the voice with the music and often you can’t hear it very well.
