Hey guys. I recently downloaded a torrent with some iphone apps. How do i get them on my iPhone? Reason why i got them of a torrent and not just used Installous is because my currrent deal from my PhonePusher got way to overpriced data traffic. So how do i get the apps from my computer onto my iPhone?

I always buy directly from my iPhone. When you open app store you see a list of apps choose one app and tap it, it will give you an option to buy.
Same thing on iTunes.
